“Doc Vader’s” Take on Advance Directives

Advance Directives for Healthcare are a combination of a “healthcare power of attorney” and a “living will.”  Many clients come into our office not fully understanding the importance of this document.  In any comprehensive estate plan, this document will be included for every adult.  Your doctor may ask for a copy of your ADH routinely or if undergo a procedure or treatment.  We guide clients through the important questions and assist them in making decisions.
